For a long time, in order to ensure the output of the coal mill, most power plants in China have often adopted a higher high chrome grinding balls filling rate for the steel ball grading. This approach results in high coal powder production electricity consumption of the coal mill. To change this situation and continuously help users save energy and reduce costs, in recent years, our grinding team has summarized a complete set of new technologies for high chrome grinding balls grading in coal mills of power plants. The key of this technology focuses on reducing the steel ball filling rate and changing the steel ball ratio type. While ensuring that the output of the coal mill and the fineness of the coal powder (R90) are not affected, this technology ensures that the power consumption of grinding is reduced by more than 10%. Currently, this grading application technology has been well received in some large and medium-sized power plants with single-inlet and single-outlet or double-inlet and double-outlet coal mills at home and abroad.
