1) Clean up the disabled grinding ball regularly and add new grinding ball in time. Too many disabled grinding balls will lead to the increase of broken grinding balls. It will lead to increased bearing capacity of the ball mill and increase power consumption.
2) Reasonable grinding ball filling rate. The grinding ball added in the same body of the ball mill accounts for 30%-40% of the cylinder volume. If the filling rate is too high, which will change the motion state of grinding ball. The filling rate is too small and the grinding effect is weak
3) Reasonable grinding ball grading. The size and proportion of the grinding balls in the ball mill are different. Among them, the proportion of large grinding balls is 30%-40%, the proportion of medium grinding balls is 40%-30%, and the proportion of small grinding balls is 30%.
4) Reduce the feeding size. Reducing the power consumption of the ball mill can reduce the feed strength of the small mill, so the product particle size of the crushing ore is required to be small, that is, more crushing and less grinding
5) Reasonable grinding concentration. In the actual production, the grinding concentration can be controlled by controlling the amount of ore feed or water recharge, or adjusting the classification
6) Control the speed of the ball mill. The theoretical critical speed of the ball mill is generally 70%-80%, due to the nature of the material and other factors, it is necessary to determine the speed of the ball mill according to the actual situation.
