Calculation method of filling rate of grinding body
The filling rate of the grinding body can be calculated according to the inner diameter of the grinding machine and the distance from the surface of the grinding body to the highest point of the lining of the grinding machine. If the lining plate is of a special shape, such as corrugated or stepped type, it must be reasonably corrected and the average value should be used.
Filling rate can be simplified as :=1.068-1.164 (H/D)
H is the distance from the grinding surface to the highest point of the liner
D is the effective inner diameter of the mill
